1. Services Provided

VertexConstruction Services provides residential and commercial construction, renovations, remodeling, roofing, exterior works, and project management services. The exact scope of work, pricing, and timelines will be outlined in a written contract or proposal for each project.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All quotations and estimates are provided based on the information available at the time.

Final pricing may vary if there are changes in project scope, material costs, or unforeseen circumstances.

All pricing and terms will be confirmed in writing before any work begins.

3. Payments and Deposits

A 50% deposit is required before commencement of any project unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The remaining balance is due according to the agreed payment schedule outlined in the project contract.

Payments must be made via bank transfer or other approved payment methods.

Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 2% per month on outstanding balances.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate project details, grant site access, and obtain all necessary permits or approvals, unless Vertex Construction Services has agreed to handle them.

Clients are responsible for removing or protecting personal belongings and property before construction begins.

Delays caused by the client may result in adjustments to the project timeline and additional costs.

5. Project Timelines

Vertex Construction Services will make every reasonable effort to complete projects within the agreed timeline. However, timelines may be affected by factors outside our control, including:

Weather conditions

Material shortages

Permit or regulatory delays

Unforeseen site conditions

Clients will be informed promptly of any expected delays.

6. Warranties and Liability

Vertex Construction Services guarantees workmanship for 12 months from the date of project completion, unless otherwise specified in the project contract.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damages caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or alterations made by third parties.

Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Clients may cancel a project before work begins, but deposits are non-refundable if materials have already been purchased or preparatory work has been done.

If a cancellation occurs after work has started, refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed and costs incurred up to that point.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, proposals, and related documents created by Vertex Construction Services remain the property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not reproduce, share, or use these materials for other projects without written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Nigerian law in the courts located in the US

10. Updates to Terms

Vertex Construction Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The updated version will always be available on our website or provided upon request. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
